I wish I could say I started teaching yoga classes very young while travelling through India and spending years in caves and mountains with my yoga Guru. In short, I didn’t. However, I can say that even when I was a wee lass my two favourite things were helping everyone and travelling. In the long run, my travels brought me to Edinburgh and the teachings of Forrest Yoga. Yoga Classes in Edinburgh
A yoga class that focuses on all the changes you might experience during pregnancy. Uses Forrest Yoga postures and Burrell Education Pregnancy Exercises making sure you get the best possible care throughout pregnancy AND after. Breathe. Get strength. Relax.
Private yoga classes address your specific needs aiming to achieve what you are looking for: strength, flexibility, pain relief or/and relaxation. This will give you the chance to deepen your group practice, and to adjust your body to a pose or to adjust a pose to your body, thus avoiding possible injuries.
