Bridge is one of my favourite poses. It brings out the strength of legs and the connection to ground with such clarity, all needed for heart to open in a safe and kind way. It is the pose that can heal my back in a matter of minutes.

In Yoga & Sound Journey Workshop, coming up on Sunday 16th, we will be working on how to use breath and Forrest Yoga poses to do exactly that - heal body in a safe and supported way.

It is a 2,5 hour workshop that will end with deep relaxation and Sound Journey.

Few more spaces left for grabs 😉
