Forrest Yoga

Forrest Yoga is a very intelligent practice that targets areas troublesome for most people – shoulders and neck, wrists, chest and back. The poses are sequenced to help body to stretch and strengthen respecting its own limitations, therefore enhancing its performance and at the same time learning how to avoid injuries, not only in yoga but in other sports as well.
Forrest Yoga adopts traditional styles of yoga for modern people making it accessible for everyone, making it possible to even work with injuries.
Classes are open to beginners as well as advanced athletes as poses are modified according to needs. It is a challenging practice that if you give it your best it brings results after the first class.

What to expect from the yoga class:

Difference between Forrest and other styles include abdominal exercises, a relaxed neck and active hands and feet. It is intensive but accessible at the same time. It aims to build up strength while practising kindness toward yourself.
There are no limitations for the class. It is open to beginners as well as advanced students. In case of injuries please contact me before the class because each pose can be modified to your personal needs.

50+ Yoga

Yoga class without limits. Because ‘once we accept our limits, we move beyond them’. Instagram Yoga might have given you idea that those pretzel poses are not your cuppa. Great news – this is real yoga. In real yoga we use loads of yoga toys so every pose is accessible and safe for everyone – no limits, just your personal growth.

The number of benefits that yoga practice can give you is a list that can go on forever. Main one? When your body functions better you are going to feel better: healthy bones, flexibility, strength, anxiety relief and sharp mind. That is just the tip of the iceberg. Acknowledge nothing is impossible in your all powerful mind. Your day cannot be anything else but beautiful when you start it (or lunch it) with a rejuvenating mind and body yoga practice.

If you still need convincing here are the goodies that come from regular yoga practice:

  • provides elasticity to the spine
  • firms up the skin
